if the brake diferential switch has been activated you will need to put 450 psi to the brake peddle to reset it. if its like my trucks when the rear brakes blew, the switch turned the rear brakes off and the lite came on. im not saying your brakes are bad but putting the brakes on like you did may have ingadged the switch. also have u checked for trouble codes?

Haven't had a chance to check codes yet my uncle is the only one with a computer. I can't get a paperclip to work on the terminals to read them through blinking SES light. So basically I just need to push brakes really hard again to disengage the switch I pushed on? possibly

Bump for an old thread - Is there any way to check which part is giving the check brake light signal? Or am I left to bleed the entire system?

if u got air in it at the master cylinder yes but start with the closest one to the master clyinder and beed it xtra good to make sure u get all the air then work your way to the the fartherest one doing it last. did u get it to go off by resetting the switch and it came back on?

How do you get the switch reset? Is there any way to measure 450 psi?
