Right HID stuttering
Again, you need to spend a little quality time checking the wiring. Both the +12 and grounds. The grounds can easily get a little corrosion on them and then cause all sorts of wierd symptoms.
If you suspect a bad ground, you can run a temporary wire from the ground connection for the light to the negative battery terminal. If your problem goes away, then you found the culprit. Just don't leave the temporary wire, find the bad ground and fix it properly.

Ok I'd hate to bump this thread back up again but I checked my ground connections and they seemed snug. I took out the flickering hid, pluged my stock light in and it lit up perfectly. Im so confused as to what is going on here. Should I get a relay? Should I up the fuse going to the headlights? My stock light never flickered so I know it cant possibly be a ground connection, its a problem of voltage im guessing?
I failed to mention it's Xentec HID, I here their products are horrible. Should I just get like a DDM kit or something? What confuses me is a switched EVERYTHING around and the left HID always works fine and the right doesnt
