do it. for every sixxer out there. this is one thread that i have read all the way of. and there is like some 330+ posts!

if i had the money, i would have grabbed those headers! would have been a nice addition, but a slow local roofing economy combined with me getting married in seventeen days and moving into a house has taken all my money!

so for the sake of a poor cash strapped and desperate camaro lover, get this puppy runnin'!

Yeah, the weather is going sour pretty quick. Saturday I'm gonna run the Mustang and try to get a 9 second pass on it before the weather is gone for good, it's gone 10.0, it's gotta go singles once!

As for the pics, there's just nothing to see right now. It's a pile of parts, dirty car, and the T5 is used so it's not anything fancy either. Looks like any other T5, just with a g-force tab on it, lol. When there's something worth looking at, I'll share.

Some pics for once. Got the kit mocked up for the most part. Had to build a brace and do some other stuff, but it all looks good. Time to tear the engine down and put it back together with mo betta parts. I could be done in a couple weeks if I tried, but I still can't make myself just stay out there and work. SO... it's gonna be a while before I'm done. Trying to do everything right the first time, so I can leave the engine alone for once.

Whatcha guys think, I'm going to paint the engine bay semi-gloss black. The headers need paint, silver or black? Gonna wrap the y-pipe with gray wrap, so thinking silver. Don't want to wrap the headers, they'll get brittle and crack, especially since I don't have a flex joint anywhere.

Didn't get my 9 second pass, freaking turd went 10.0 over and over, lol. It was the track, couldn't hook worth a darn, my 60' times were all crappy, floating around 1.45. It's been in the 3's. Going to put a sway bar on the back and try to stop the awesome body roll, and see if it'll hook better as well.

Looks good so far. Are your new headers custom? I vote silver.

Would be cool if someone wrote-up a nice condensed turbo install sticky given their experience and recommendations...
