Got an email from M&H Tires, and the new drag radials I ordered are due in here Friday! So while I'm assembling the car I'm having the old MT's dismounted and my wheels polished, then the new M&H tires installed! Front wheels are in nicer shape, so they wont need much that I can't do myself.

Painter called this afternoon, and the Austin is done! He's going to buff it out tonight or tomorrow, and then it will come home Friday. I'm heading out in the morning to get some pictures and look it over.

Drum roll please!
It's exactly what I hoped for in a paint job! The color is spot on, the finish is fantastic, and not too "show car", but better than factory paint! I couldn't be happier! Hopefully I'll settle back down to earth in a few days! I was so pleased I almost hyper ventilated!

Thanks! He's delivering it here tomorrow night, and hopefully I'll get started on assembly this weekend!

Looks like I picked the perfect day to come back and check up on the gasser. Looks great Vall. Now for some gold or silver leaf lettering as the icing on the cake. Thats my vote at least.
