after 30 min (camaro z28 1994)
[:@] my car runs bad, it jerks and stutters[X(]
I changed the injectors, catalyctic convertor, spark plugs, cables, and removed the super chip. It worked about 50% better than before. I changed the STC and that didn't help. I removed the super chip and the fans stopped working. When I put the chip back the fans work directly but it still runs bad. So I went ahead and removed the chip and did a connection so they'd work directly (without the chip). Now the car doesn't heat up, but I feel like it still needs strength. After about 30 minutes it starts jerking and stutters, but then releases. Someone please help me so I can get this fixed!

Is the serivice lite lit? If it is lit fix that problem first. If not, you will have to do some trouble shooting. Let the car warm up till it runs bad & then check the fuel pressure and pressure regulator, you will need a FI pressure gauge (se sticky for procedure). Get a scanner, not a plain code reader, and read the inpt from the ETC, TPS, IAT, & O2 sensors. Verify that the readings make sense, ex. you don't want the ETC telling the computer that the water temp is 100 deg when you know it is 200 deg. If the sensors look OK, check uot the ignition, make sure all connections between computer, optispark, coil, & ignition module are tight & clean. If still bad, start replacing or swapping the igntion components, go with least costly item first.
Check your breather tube from the valve cover to the throttle body. I see a lot of times raw oil gets sucked into the throttle body and it really causes a lot of problems like what you are talking about. Oil leaks are a MAJOR factor in a lot of problems with the LT1 power/drivabilty problems in older vehicles. Also make sure to remember if the firing order and plug gaps were proper when installed.
Then there is always the coolant temp sensor that could be out of whack, but I am thinking oil saturation in possible multiple known areas.
Let us know what you find.

Thanks. I checked the throttle body and it was filled with oil. The gasket wasn't good either. I'll be changing that tomorrow. I'll check everything you all advised and I'll get back with you all. Thanks...
