1994 camaro

On the v 6 engine there is a metal pipe that goes from the heater hose to the water pump. It attaches to the block with two screws. What is it called, and where can I get it.

dealer part r junk yard just replace mine but i got the 5.7 lt1

$250 from the dealed just get a heater hose and replace it wit that ???
