Default 1994 Camaro Z28

I have a 1994 Z28 with a LT1. It has a magnaflow exhaust system, K&N cold air intake, high compression aluminum heads, and a high performance shift kit in the tranny (4l60e). On the drag strip it has a problem shifting when it is at full throttle, it revs to almost seven grand before it shifts but quits pulling at around 5500. I was wondering what would be the best programmer to put in it in order to be able to set my shift points?

5500 is were a lightly built lt1 would peak on the powerband. tig has given a link for a good tuning place but a tune is not going to do much if the trany has an issue. is this a car you built yourself or did you just get it? what kind of shift kit and who installed it?
