1969 Camaro turn signal problem

1969 Camaro turn signal problem

When ever I engage the turn signals left or right, the turn light flashes rapidly, I've already replaced the flasher.What would remidy this problem and allow the signals to blink correctly.

Both sides flashing fast? Either the incorrect flasher, both sides have a bulb burnt out in the circuit somewhere, incorrect bulb or a ground issue.
