Default Turn Signal Problem

Hi, the contact pins in the passenger side turn signal socket have corroded. The bulb doesnt get a good connection and every time i hit any bump or pot hole, it causes the signal to act as if the bulb has blown. Is there somewhere along the harness where the turn signal connects via a connector to the main wiring loom of the car? Or will I have to cut and connect a new socket/bulb holder?

you will have to replace the socket, which any auto parts store should have. you will have to cut it. my advice is to get the shrink tube butt connectors. they are 100% waterproof connections that wont corrode

they just will make your blinkers go insanely fast unless you get the ones with a load ballast or swap to a digital blinker
