so i have a 1986 camaro v6 sport coupe and when i drive it its fine for a while the for no reason at all it just dies i cant figure it out at all i have taken it to the garage a few times they say its fixed and it will be fine for a few days then it starts all over again i have no idea whats wrong.

 

Check grounds, connections to the computer and distributor, make sure your distributor module is tight and there is good dielectric grease under it. Make sure your block is grounded good. This sounds electrical to me.

well its at the garage now it died on me while on my way home frome work so i hhope they actually fix it this time and what it does is the idel drops really low then will catch its self and be fine for a few nim then just shut off
