does anyone know what year camaro i can get a newer motor out of to put in my 92 camaro im looking to get a bigger v6 not a v8 and i want a motor that i can just drop in without making any new mounting brackets -any advice?

 

Easiest thing to do is the 3.4 upgrade. That is when you use the short block form a 93+ camaro. You will gain only 25 HP but it will be noticable lower end torque, something the 3.1 is missing.
