I didnt have the heater or the speakers on... the noise must be coming from right inside the firewall, maybe not in the engine way at all. But When I hear the clicking in side I cant hear it out. Anything in the dash that might click at a fast constant rate only after the engine warms up?

Is it loud enough to get it on video for us to see?

It might be. I don't know how I would record it though.

Could it possibly be the radiator fan motor acting up. You said it ticks when it warms up and doesn't fluctuate with rpms? That's all I can think of lol.

I don't think the fans have started for over a year, I have a 180 degree thermostat. Plus I can't hear the noise from the outside.

there are a few things in the dash on the passenger side that are electronic. can you better locate the area where the noise is coming from. do dome looking around under there.
