That's about what I got out of the radiator of my '94 Z28 last time I drained it. Even more came out when I removed the oil cooler....so I guess it is normal... although you didn't get all of it. I think I heard you need to remove the knock sensor to get it out of the block...

 

how do I get the thing out where a distributor normal sits? I took out the bolt..is it as simple/hard as pry it out?

what are these i know one is egr related but I need to get the gasket so need a real name. The other needs replaced it is oil soaked and the connector is breaking down.

ok answered my own questions..cam sensor and egr gasket..starting the assembly now.
