Exhaust Rattle

Exhaust Rattle
I have a 2000 Camaro V6 3.8L and had a plugged cat. converter and shot flowmaster muffler. The plugged cat was restricting flow and the shot flowmaster muffler would make an awful rattle.
I got the cat. converter replaced (more flow) and got the muffler replaced with another flowmaster (no rattle from muffler).
But as I drove off, after seeing everything was installed correctly and securely, i hear a rattle coming from the mid/right side of the car. The noise is even louder when the engine is cold and is random (does not have the rhythm of the engine) but goes away when i give it full throttle.
Could it be a bad seal from headers to cat? Where do you suggest I start?
If I wiggle the tail pipe (moving the entire exhaust system), I hear the noise. Thanks!

RE: Exhaust Rattle
I don't think it'scontact with thecross member since it would be a much louder sound.
It sounds like it's coming from the exhaust system itself like a bad donut or bad connection between the engine manifolds (bank 1) and before the cat. converter...
