Trans mount is new too. Which is why I am stumped.

Could very well be the exhaust... I had new Magnaflow exhaust put on my Z and I would have a random "clunking" sound coming from the middle of my car. We lifting the car and although the exhaust seemed tight and solid, right at the middle brace, it would "jump" on bumps and make the clunking sound. We put another spacer in and see ya sound!
