^ heh not sure but i was lookin on ebay at some cats, there is a magnaflow that has two ends coming out of it and flanges to bold rather than weld with pre treaded o2 holes, hope mine is like that

Ok, maybe this is just crazy.....but shouldn't you take it to a muffler shop and have the cat checked before taking one opinion and putting a new cat on it?

i wasnt going to go put on a new cat from just one opinion marty baker. this is a forum for camaros, we all post questions and answer questions to help one another. I was only getting opinions because some car parts can be looked at and know if they are bad or going bad, and i thought the cat was one of them.
