take the aftermarket alarm out. at least take that off the table. your gona need wiring diagrams so a manual or subscribe to alldata would be a good idea.

 

there isn't an aftermarket alarm on it, it's factory

 

called a locksmith I know and he got it started. he said it was supposed to originally start with a #8 resistor chip but somebody must have jacked with the wiring like soldering and changed the resistance so now it takes a #7 resistor to start...weird problem but now it's fixed
