On an 89 Camaro is the vats module also the key buzzer??

 

i wish i had my car with me, i could check it out, about 2 years ago I was having trouble with my vats but i never paid attention as to where the buzzing was coming from

is there a problem you are having with the system?

 

Found the module, under the dash, bolted to ducting above center console,can see it if laaying on back on drivers side floor. Pain to get at. Installed bypass,still won't start. Cranks over but will not run
