If has been done, but it is REALLY not worth it. There is no room for an intercooler between the supercharger and the intake which means you are limited to about 40hp gain. A set of headers and a Cam will make your V6 faster and you won't have to make a custom intake and brackets.
The biggest problem is that is supercharger is backwards. Your throttle body is going to need to be about where you radio is. The only people have that have done this swap have fabrication skills and they all agree it is not worth it. Funny back in 2010-2011 we would get a post from a new member about once a week saying they where going to do this. It has been awhile since someone asked.
Low miles 3800 SIII with Headers and a cam is the way to make better power from your V6. If you want to go fast in a V6 then its a turbo and if you just want to go fast its tuff to beat a V8 swap.

where is the thread at ???????pictures ,i think a 3800 should stay one ,but they also said that about my build or that they took like 2 years for first guy to do it .with mine i get about 100 hp over an ls1 an 150tlbs ,i would have just did what craby did with his project alot cheaper an most v6 cars will out run you ,heck the new 2.0 turbo ,puts out 285hp,10 more then my stock lt1 ..looks like it belongs there an 40 hours yes tweaking an good suspension upgrades.but hey good luck with it ,i think anyone who does a franken build has ***** though, thinking outside the box ,go for it best way to look at it is they all go 100mph

Reviving the L67 Camaro !
I found this thread and I oddly enough am swapping a L67 from a 1997 Grand Prix to my 1997 Camaro also. My 1997 Camaro has a L36 with a T5 5-Speed, 3.42 rear end and 30th anniversary seats. If anyone reads this wish me luck and follow my progress on instagram. My @ is same as my username @3800_drew . I have LOTS of support and people helping me accomplish this swap. The sole purpose is to make the L67 5 speed Camaro a killer street car. Going for a full NIC cam build from ZZP
