so i was driving yesterday on the highway like a happy camaro owner and then all of the sadden the gas pedal became loose and the car shut off i got it to start but it was definetly not leting one of the cylinders work propoerly beacuse it was shaking like crazy im geting the sensor fixed today I hope for the best keep ur fingers crossed for me guys!

i would say the cam sensor is a goner. computer goes into limp mod if cam senor quits workin. then i think it runs off the crank sensor. it may be the crank sensor is goin as well. its a bit harder to change than the cam sensor.

diaognostic, information for the computer to compare to the readings from the system so it can figure out which if any code to throw and for limp mode in some yrs.
