do not forget to also check and see if their is a vacuum leak somewhere for that lack of pressure will cause it to shut down...my old 87 did the same things because one of my vacume hoses dried out and broke off, once i put a new one in it didnt stall out anymore and everything was good

Ok got my camaro fixed. Turns out it was the fuel pump. I went and cut a hole in the back hatch to get to the pump. I had to cut the gas lines and pull the pump from the top because I dont have a car lift. Was pretty easy to do this way. Changed Filter also. Car runs like a champ now.
