Angry 96 Z28 wont stay running? Help!!!

I have here a 96 Z28.
Week ago i was driving accelerating and after 2grand my car stalled.
Car wouldnt start for a good hour or so. I got a code out of it for a ICM(Ignition Control Module).
Replaced the ICM today. Car ran stalled again after 2grand. Replaced the fuel filter and it did the same thing stalled.

I cant pinpoint the problem and dont know where to start any help is appreciated.

Ive had the car about a year so i dont know how old the opti is.
although i do have a brand new one just laying around.
The fuel pressure is good.

I actually just started the car. I was in park revving it up.
After 2grand it starts to act up. starts stumbling and small backfires.
Im going to run the codes tomorrow

yep find out what codes its throwin. a coil can fail once warmed up or put under stress but i havent seen one fail like that. may be worth it to check and clean the plugins to the coil and opti. wiring harness to the opti can fail. if your gona change the opti, change the water pump. new plug wires are easier to install when changing the opti. lol, not easy, just easier.
