As I was working on one of the t-tops, I found that the gears behind the handle have one or more of the gears stripped. As a result it doesn't open and close the bars to lock/unlock the lock bars. Ideas from the group on where to find replacement gears or other ideas?

 

I haven`t seen any replacement gears, You might try to find a set of damaged "T" tops for parts .O have a set of gears made. Looks at firebirds as well.

 

Thanks Zspoiler. Appreciate your thinking about it. My next step is to find a damaged top to rob them from. The gears mount with two bolts under to weather seal.

 

The fine folks at Fbodywarehouse were able to locate the gears/rods for my tops. I should be driving soon. Thanks Fbody. Justin
