Default big block electric fan

I have a 72 with a 396 with manual trans. I estimate HP at 450. Am wanting to use electric fans for cooling. I want to keep A/C too. Any help?

Sure, there is plenty of help here. I am not sure what you are asking though. You could use an electric fan. If you turn off the A/C or remove the belt from it (if it has a dedicated pully) you could ..... uh.....wake the motor up some.

You could just remove the fan and use the electric fans, but if you are keeping the AC why remove the fans? the ac unit will suck up a lot more power then the fan, just install a flex a lite fan with a 1" spacer.

I want to remove the water pump fan altogether. I found a Flex a Lite kit that works for my application. Thanks.
