I have been trying to get my car to start up. I tried to hook up wiring.The previous owner left three wires (red power, Yellow im assuming to hei batt terminal, and a blackish brown im assuming purple starter wire.) I have the battery lead and power lead on the starter post and that brownish wire on the inside starter terminal. Ive plavced the two light harness groundings to the radiator support. Now when i connect power to the car, all signals start blinking and when i turn the the key to turn the engine over the not a thinghappens with the starter which is all im trying to accomplis. iv jumped the nuetral saftey switch and not all the bulbs in the headlight harness may be working or even installed. Still all signals flashing seemes like a larger problem. Ive unpluged the two way flasher relay in effort to stop the lights but it affected nothing.
