Default electical/light problem

I have a 68 Camaro that I am having electrical problems. My tail lights, dash lights, console lights begin to blink after being on for about 2 minutes. They cycle on and off for about 15 secs. I have replaced the head light switch and all four rear tail light sockets with no luck. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

check for a bad or missing groud wire .it may be trying to get a ground through the turnsignal flasher.all dc elec systems need to be properly gronded or else the hot(pos) ead will seek a ground.alot of lighting systems run through the turnsignal switch. purchase a good wiring diagram to locate all hot and ground in the lighting circuit
