Many second generations I have seen have a part of the fender that comes in front of the front to re. Can anyone explain what this is called and on what models/years it came on? This particular one has one where the stripes narrow. I personally find this feature ugly and I want to be able to explain what it is. Thanks a ton
Do mean the factory flair that came on 1980-1 Z-28 Camaros and Trans Am`s.It was designed for aero and for looks. And its a matter of taste. I have the set up of a combination Of Z-28 and Trans Am on my 1979 Z-28 RS Pro-Touring car.Because at the time I could not afford to IMSA flairs on my car.
