If you haven't already, lube up all the moving parts, that may help. But yeah, the important thing is that they work. Their slow speed wouldn't concern me, as long as they keep on working.
Couldn't have done it without your guidance. I'm sure you haven't heard the last from me. I've got a carb issue that is next on my list but I don't want to mess with that. I'd probably screw it up more than I would help it.
So I'll probably source that out.
