Default Bilstein Vs Koni Handling

I’m currently lookin at new suspension for my 02 v6 Camaro, I’m thinking of going with either Bilstein or Koni non adjustables as coilovers for this car the cheapest pairs look very low quality compared to non adjustables so a good pair would probably cost me quite a bit. But for now I’m curious from experience if anyone can tell me the difference in handling experienced from both brands. My main concern is the understeer as I run up in the mountains more than on a highway and such.

have a look at some of strano stuff. you may want to use str-t or hd bilstein https://www.stranoparts.com/searchby...ID=9&ModelID=2 and upgrade your sway bars, and add a shock tower brace.

I did take a look at Strano and decided to go with the Koni SRT over bilsteins. Now I’m trying to decide what’s the best springs and spring rate to pair with them. Sway bars and tower brace are on the agenda in the near future too

upgrade sway bars first. quality shocks and sway bars will make the biggest improvement on handling. I went with the hollow strano brand but then I tend to over do things concerning my z. could not believe the difference.
