Default weiand 144 make 400rwhp/400'lbs???

I'm picking up a weiand 144 mini blower tomorrow for a pretty good deal with extreme low miles because it was on a car for two days only. THe guy slapped in on a motor with cr too high and got "motor pinging".

I'm putting together a forged 357ci short block with 8.5:1 blower pistons. Planning on 195cc AFR eliminator heads, 750cfm mighty Demon blower carb, and hyd roller cam( blower grind or nitrous) something with split duration and more lift and duration on exhaust side with 112 or 113lsa. Car has 1 7/8 hooker headers already and good exhaust system.

I figured on running a max of 7psi on pump gas with alum heads.

I'm going to try hard to make as much power and torque as i can and its going in a 3.73 gear stick car.

Will this mini blower make 500-550hp crank so I can reach my goals of 400rwhp 400'lbs torque???

my current setup makes 285rwhp/300'lbs. I looking for impressive improvement in power. I want torque down low to spin tires from a roll but also power thru mid range and capable of pull hard to low 6000rpms.

Anyone who has blower experience or info please comment. Im open to suggestion and opinions.

A few of my car buddies say the mini blowers are a waste of time and I wont come close to my power goals. I hope they are wrong. I have a buddy who works at shop with chasis dyno so I can get tuning time once i get this combo together.

At 7 psi on that blower you should be there or very close.
