New Parts of Course. The Car has a weird noise comming from the passanger head from one of the rocker arms/rods and i think it is a stuck lifter but i am not sure.. any ideas heres a video of what it sounds like. any help guys. i cant figure this out i went back and relashed the rocker arms and that didnt help just bought some seafoam but im so tired been up past two days work on it. 1st thought it was alternator, then tensioner but after take valve cover off i discovered this. no marks or anything rocker arms where all tight and nice. i just dont know

how did you adjust the rockers? Did you do it with the engine idling, back off until clicking sound, tighten until the sound goes away and then another 1/3 to 1/2 turn more?
Have you checked for a broken valve spring?

i dont get the sound at idle. only when revving motor it makes the sound. i gonna tear off opti again and everything i just did to it and see if i did anything wrong. would a stuck lifter be making the noise at idle? its a weird sound none the less just cant seem to figure it out. all i did was take off old timing oil seals, waterpump, opti and hub and replaced them and put everything back together but then when starting it made the noise. i adjusted the rocker arms at idle and then again when motor was off cause there are many ways to adjust them.

go back and check your rocker adjustment. Doing at idle is how I do it
if you still have the noise, you really need to check for a broken spring
