Default Power steering noise

I replaced my power steering pump and power steering hose, but I still have a whining noise when I turn my wheels and drive. I had the system bled also. What else could it be?

its not uncommon to get a bad rebuilt pump. other than that what shape are your tierod ends in. is it loud? really wide tires or any things that could hinder the steering will overwork the pump but it would be a quite whine. may be getting air in the system, it would have to come in on the suction side of the pump like the hose that goes from the pump to the fluid reservoir. are you seeing any leaks?
