Default i need a block

i cracked my block and i need a new one and what is the stock cc s of a lt1 head just curious and can i use them if I build a mild 383 or not

well ill be sellin my old motor within a month. but id lik to sell it as a long block. as for the heads i believe there 52cc. and itd be better to do a 355 with more head work then do a 383 with no head work

Stock LT1 combustion chambers are 54cc. That said, without any additional porting on the heads and larger valves you're not going to be able to flow enough to accommodate a 383.

Edit: I just realized you didn't specify the 'cc' of what you wanted, so here, have more info:

Combustion Chamber: 54cc
Intake Port: 170cc
Intake Valve: 1.94"
Exhaust Valve: 1.50"
Flow: 212 cfm

that is ok i figured that i would need work done to the heads but i do really need a block but thanks any ways

how bad is the crack ? you can take it to a machine shop to be welded or have plugs put in
