what year camaro? and what do you mean you cant replace the bulb from the glass piece? you mean the bulb from the stock housing? you can you just have to remove the housing through the aiming screws and twist and pull .

most aftermarket stores sell HID kits now in 9005 and 9006 models. Depending on if you want high or low beams or both. then you simply have to pull the old bulbs out of the sealed beam and use a high temp glue to secure the new bulbs.

I've done both my fog lights and head lights. There is a site where you can buy housings that allow you to replace the bulb. I post the link up later cuz I'm on the internet on my phone and don't have the link

heres the write up link https://camaroforums.com/forum/audio-visual-electronics-20/4th-gen-hid-install-sealed-beams-too-33474/
and the site to get the housings www.eurolamps.com
a suggestion i would make is buy an extra set of bulbs in case one blows out cuz you wont be stuck trying to find a place near you whos trying to sell you a whole new kit for 400 dollars.
another thing i noticed is that most people are selling either
1. crappy POS HID kits for 10-30 dollars
2. are selling from a warehouse 60-120 dollars
3. are the makers of the lights and are selling them for 300 +

number two was what i ordered mine from and i am satisfied with what i got
