Dumb question #2483
When the brights are on are the low beams suppose to be on also? All four lights?

Like I said, dumb fing question, but thanks for the quick answer. Mine are stuck on high beam, just wanted to make sure that was the only problem. I know how to fix the "stuck" problem.

Does your switch click when you try to switch them off?

No, and I've tried moving the column up and down while moving the stick. Either the rod isn't hitting the switch, its totally worn out or it's gone. Gonna take it apart tomorrow and see which it is, too damn cold out there right now.

The rod could be bent. Also you can adjust those by taking off the panel below the steering wheel and bending it. Take off the little plastic piece covering the switch and you can adjust it there too.

I did not know that, thanks, I'll try to click the switch manually 1st, if it it works I'll see what I need to do to adjust it.

yeah that plastic cover that covers your switch just pops off and you can adjust it there.

make sure the base that the lever uses is not broken. when i took the cover off i could see a crack in mine and it let the lever base move so the lever was not moving the arm far enough to click the switch.
