I'm probably not going to loctite them, red loctite is only good up to like, 300 F or something like that, which may do a little but not much, and I don't want to risk the bolts seizing in the heads. I'm just going to check up on the bolts once a month to make sure they're happily in their place. On the other hand, the gasket is still there, because I only have soot on the underside of the flange by the #8 cylinder. I decided to replace the gaskets with Mr. Gasket Co. premium line(they have a steel core and the outside is covered with a substance called graphoil, it super high temp/pressure graphite, I got the tip from my uncle who is in charge of keeping all the machinery running for a powerplant, and they use graphoil type gaskets for their stuff, so it can't be bad. With how loose my header bolts were, they should all come out within 1/2 hour or less*crosses fingers* I should be ordering the gaskets soon, so hopefully I can get the fixed soon.
