ill do it for a couple hundred. lol,,, u would need to come here though and help. well it depends on if the flywheel needs turning or replaced, if not a shop will probly be in the 4 hundred range and dealer a little more. remember its been a while sence ive had a car in the shop so numbers could be off. give your local dealer a call and ask what the booktime cost is for changing clutch. that will give u a baseline cost for just changing parts.

Update:

I called the local shop and they said they'd do it for $400. My dad (40 years + experience) said I'd have to turn the flywheel.. what exactly does that mean, and that means the $400 won't prolly cover the turning?

the flywheel and pressure plate is where the heat is mostly disipated from the clutch disk. they will get cracks in them and get heat scorching. both can cause problems if left in an unaceptable condition. so if the flywheel is not in to bad of condition it can be turned or machined to remove a layer of steel from it to get below the damage. if it just needs turned then cost should not be effected much, if it needs to be replaced then u will see a jump.

ya gotta take it apart and see. couple are if cracks are to deep and if heat has warped it. if its just starting to go and has not been revved up to much while slipping u should be ok.

Costs 30-40 to resurface the flywheel, yours will be fine Im sure, They only take off a minimum amount each time. I have turned a stock one three times and they sell a shim to put between it and the crankshaft so dont worry you will be just fine.
