I read some of this thread and would like to post my 2cents. Comp makes the best timing sets, the billet sets that I have used are phenomenal. The gm opti is the best and I would go with a electric h2o pump a 160 degree theromstat with the o ring from the original around it. Drill a small hole in the thermostat and you can bleed the system without running the car. The coolant system is difficult to get the air completely out of.
