Default Noise from Back of car when turning.

Question,
I have a 1999 Camaro z28.
when I am turning, I hear what I take as a rubbing noise coming from the back of the car.
It does not sound like it is coming from the diff but from the wheels themselves.
I can hear the noise in the cabin, not sure from the outside.
I hear it turning left or right going forward and backwards but not all of the time.
I thought it was the tires rubbing on the body but when i checked the clearence, there is plenty of room so I don't believe it is that.

I am trying to capture an audio clip of the noise.

Has anyone had something like this before?

Thanks.

Joe
