Default Turning and getting grinding or rubbing noise

So for about 2 years now, when I turn left or right and back up left or right I hear a rubbing or grinding noise. all tires and rims are stock. Could this be a track arm problem?

I'm pretty sure my buddy knows how but the last month I've been at his house 28 out of 30 days either doing maintenance or upgrades, so I know he's about tired of me right now HAHA

theres a plug on the front passenger side of the rearends center section. pull the plug and put finger in there, if you can touch the oil you should be ok. level is supposed to be within 5/8 inch of bottom of plug hole.

umm the other passenger side. lol. front passenger side of the center section. lets seee ok, opposite side of where the torque bar mounts on the rearend inbetween the fin looking things. you will see a plug with a square hole in the center, you stick a 3/8s extension on a rachet and unscrew it. the end of the extension will fit in the hole.
