In my personal experience with viper... The alarm would not let me start my car. I would unarm it and turn the igntion and it would arm rightaway, therefore activating the kill switch, not lettin me turn on my car.... so what did i do????I unarmed it one day, andyanked some wires out that sucker...now my car starts with the turn of the key.... I don't know what i did but it solved the problem.... it was awaste of my money....[&o]

What Spac31 said! I had so many problems with one that I had installed and I had to keep going to place I purchased it from so the could reset the alarm because it would go off for no reason and even more embarassing is that more than once it went off while I was driving the car at a light so everyone is looking at me funny. I got the top of the line one too and it finally was the last straw when they stole the car and left the brain to the alarm on the ground where the car used to be.
