suspension problem

Default suspension problem

for about a month now, every time i make a right turn it sounds like something pops in the right front suspension. I think something might be catching when the wheels turn. I really don't know where it might be coming from. any ideas?

My first guess would be the tranny mount since it happens in a turn. The location of the sound might be wrong and the mount is easy to check.

Does it do it while sitting still as well as driving? If so, have someone else turn the wheel while you look at the front end. Put your hand on the front spring and see if you feel anything. Your spring bushing could be shot, giving you metal on metal where the spring rests in the strut.
