Default Best Springs/suspension, and brake problem?

My 01's starting to squeak over every bump go over and everytime i even move the car, so ive decided just to get them lubricated. And also when i slow down its not a smooth stop its like it brakes every half a second or something? ive tried braking with it in neutral with clutch in, clutch out, its still all the same. My brakes pads are still pretty good tho, and no squeling from them, only my suspension. idk why it would do it?
Also wondering, going to upgrade the suspension what would be some good brands and ideas on what to do?
thanks.

sounds like the rotors need turned. struts and bushings may be gitting old and starting to sqeek. i have koni yellows on mine and are very nice. check out s strano website and if u like give sam a call and talk to him. he can set u up however u want it.

do some research on struts and shocks for the car and see what u can afford. if u checked out stranos then u know a set will run from a few hundred to a thousand bucks depending on what u get. if u call and talk to sam u will get what is known as service. something not so common nowdays. it may take a few calls to get threw but its worth it. tell him what u got going on, i think ull be happy.
