Default Suspension and brake questions

So I've got some questions about upgrading my suspension, and i want to know specifics about some things:

What benefits will I see from upgrading (over stock):

Panhard bar
Torque arm
relocating LCA's

And what is a good set of shocks for the car. I am not concerned about ride quality (as in smooth) I want maximum road feel.

Now, about the brakes: Can I get rotors from an LS1 F body and use them without any modifications? What can I do to my brakes (short of upgrading to C5 brakes) to maximize my stopping and minimize brake fade under strenuous conditions?

Thanks, fellas.

quality shocks n struts will give you the most. i would say sway bars next. have you looked at what strano has? i switched to the cross bar mounted torque bar to keep from busting trans mounts. with each of the parts you mentioned you will feel a small improvement.

This. I tore a brand new trans mount after 2 months... So shocks and struts, then that torque arm. I did look at Strano's stuff, but damn is it expensive...
