Flames Out My Carb!

I just finished rebuilding the the Carb and When I go to start it, Flame shoots out of the carb. Any thoughts. Seems like I need to adjust the floats (too much gas intake ) or Timing?

Did you remember to re-attach your vacuum advance hose? It adjusts the timing (or not with it disconnected).
