Need carb help

if anyone is good with edelbrocke carbs and think u could help me out i have a 406 stroker w a 750 model 1407 carb everything is new runs great under crusing conditions but when you put it to the floor it starts to break up it still kinda runs hard but you can feel something holding it back like it stutters any ideas ???

Accelerator pump shot? IDK there are a ton of things that can be off. A good air fuel gauge can be priceless. Then you'll know exactly where its going lean or rich, and then it a matter of tuning the proper circuit.

the accelerator pump is good for sure a nice even spray of fuel .. its not just right when i hit the throttle its after half throttle to the floor it runs like this ?? got me stumped maybe its in the ignition ??
