i found a demon 750 carb for sale, is this carb fine for a mildly built 427talldeck chevy stroker? im not racing it, but i dont wnat to buy a carb to big or to small.

 

It would run it but that's a big motor for a 750,how many cubes are we talk'n here? 427 stroked to what? what compression ratio? how much cam? head work?
There's a lot of variables to consider.
I think an 850 might be a better choice,maybe a spreadbore if it's a street car to get some kind of gas mileage lol,it's going to be no gas miser but that might help a little.
A big inch big block can take a lot more carb than that but you better own a gas station.
