Default engine stuttering???

I have a 96 camaro 3800 v6, it started missfiring so I changed the plugs wires and coil packs, its runing way better but it still feels like it misses only on heavier throttle, the cats not clogged, what else could it be? What should I replace next?

well yes dirty maf will cause issues but usually ive seen idle issues there. 02 will most times cause rich conditions although it is a good idea to change 02 sensors every few yrs or 30k miles. test the cam and crank sensor, is it throwing codes?

Not sure, there's no cel on but ill check it when I'm off work, I'm kinda thinking fuel issure... dirty injector, fule filter, regulator or pump, but I have nothin to test the fuel pressure with.. so I think ill try a fuel filter first, then should I try the regulator after that? And some injector cleaner?

rent or borrow a fuel pressure gage from your local parts store.

with the fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose unhooked 42 to 47 lbs and when idling with the fpr hooked up 35 to 38 is normal operating range.

Ok, so I changed out the fuel filter, cleaned the air filter, put 2 bottles of gummout fuel injector cleaner in the tank, cleaned the maf and iat sensor, and its still doing it on hard throttle... so tomorrow I'm going to try to find a fuel pressure gauge and test that out, so to be clear on this... if I hook the fuel pressure gauge up with the regulator conected and its lower than. 35 then that would meen the regulator is bad if it reads 42 with it disconected? And vise versa??? Also where is the regulator located on the car? I can't see it anywhere? Thanks for the help btw!

Sorry, one more thing to add, maybe it will be easier to diagnose, k, so its a 96 camaro 3800 v6 5speed manual, I just bought it couple weeks ago so I'm not to familiar with it, I'm a lot better with my 84, anyway it was running fine, until I seen a older camaro like my other one and I decided to see what this v6 could do, so we raced down the highway a little ways, I pushed it as much as it would go, almost redlined before shifting, and when he got past me I stopped, but then it started missing and got worse and worse, then it actually seemed to get better but it was actually just because the one cylinder was completely not firing, so it didn't jerk and shutter, well I changed plugs, wires, coil packs, then it ran way better, one plug was actually broken inside " the part u set the gap with, not the metal piece" was just loose in there... but this is when I posted because its still doing it just only on heavier throttle now.. so like I said I'm going to check fuel pressure soon as I can, but a buddy said fuel pump would make noise and buzz if it was going bad, and mine is buzzing, was buzzing when I bought it but I didn't even think about it, is this probably the problem? anything else I should check? The same buddy said I can take parts off his car, he has a intrigue with a 3800 he needs to replace, so any sensors or injectors I can grab from him, so let me know all idea! Sorry about the novel I wrote! Haha, but I really wana get this fixed without paying $80/hour for labor at a shop =^/
