Default building engine

everyone here is talking about there motor i feel left out i have a 84 Z28 5 speed i have been working on motor is being built off of a 87 iroc roller block eagle crank 6in rods cran 509 lift roller cam roller lifters 202 vortec heads air gap intake dont no about carb. yet thinking 750 id like to see 400hp to the wheels engine builder said it should not be a problem????????

i would suggest a 750cfm carb. a lot of people say a 650 is perfect for a 350, which they are right, if the motor doesnt exceed 380 horsepower. but if you are looking to hit 400 horsepower, a 750 will be much better suited, youll have plenty of breathing room with it.

I would also recomend a high performance cam with lifters and rocker girdles. I know you can easily get 400 HP.
