Default engine building advice?

I am about to begin building my engine to replace my 305 TBI. I'm buying a 350 without the intake and up. Tuned Port is probably the direction I am heading with the fuel injection. But after I have the motor in my car and running and I make a little more cash, I want to do a couple big mods. I want a nice cam, not too lumpy but enough that you can tell it's not stock, a Holley stealth ram, and a supercharger. My question is, can I supercharge a 350 TPI with a stealth ram? If so, will it fit in my 88 without serious modification? I was looking at this one: http://store.summitracing.com/partde...p;autoview=sku
Roughly how much HP am I looking at if I complete this 350 TPI engine with a nice cam, stealth ram, and that supercharger?
Thanks.

my only question is, why would you put the engine in the car, then tear it all back down to install the cam, blower etc? why not do that while the engine is out? its makes things a LOT simpler
